Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   Refunds are available for products that are returned in their original condition within 24 hours of purchase. Perishable items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Timeframe
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges
   We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of exchanges, we will initiate the process within 24 hours, and the replacement will be delivered within 2 day.

   Shopping below 200 rupees will cost 15 rupees Delivery cost per order.

   Orders are typically processed, shipped, and delivered within 30-60 minutes same day.

3. International Shipping
   Currently, HardoiMart does not offer international shipping.
