Directions:

Step1:Apply: Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Step2:Brush: Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth. Step3:Use Twice Daily: It is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, or as directed by a dentist. Step4:Do Not Swallow: Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Step5:Rinse: Rinse your mouth with water after brushing to remove any leftover toothpaste.
